These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. By accessing, registering on or using the et888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use this platform.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services provided by et888 ("et888", "we", "us", "our") through the website located at https://et888.cam and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 et888 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides live casino games, sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sporting events — slots, table games and related services to eligible players worldwide.
1.3 By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
1.4 These Terms were last reviewed in 2026. et888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
| "Account" | The personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform. |
| "Balance" | The total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings and any credited bonus funds, less wagers placed and withdrawals made. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the operator to confirm Player eligibility and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. |
| "Platform" | The et888 website, web application, mobile interface and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at https://et888.cam. |
| "Real Money" | Funds deposited by a Player using an accepted payment method, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to applicable terms. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total value of bets required to be placed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country, territory or jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited or unlicensed under applicable law. |
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction applicable to your account, to register and use this Platform. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. et888 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where underage access is suspected or confirmed.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of online gaming services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. et888 does not warrant that the Platform is available, legally accessible or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.
3.3 Pakistan Notice. Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation. et888 is not licensed, approved, endorsed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Players accessing this Platform from Pakistan do so entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility. This paragraph does not constitute legal advice.
3.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. et888 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, merge balances at its sole discretion and withhold any bonus funds associated with duplicated registrations.
3.5 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
4.1 Account registration requires the provision of a valid email address, a secure password and such other information as et888 may require from time to time. By completing registration, you confirm eligibility as set out in Section 3.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. et888 will not be liable for losses arising from credential compromise attributable to player negligence.
4.3 You must notify et888 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or suspicious activity on your Account. Contact details are set out in Section 18.
4.4 et888 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at the time of registration, upon deposit, upon withdrawal request or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
5.1 et888 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, at its discretion, at earlier stages of the account lifecycle.
5.2 Accepted identity documents for Pakistani Players typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport. Proof of address may be required where applicable. A selfie or liveness check may be requested alongside documentation.
5.3 You must not submit altered, forged, digitally manipulated or otherwise falsified documents. Any attempt to circumvent KYC requirements constitutes fraudulent conduct and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities.
5.4 All KYC documents must be submitted through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. et888 does not request sensitive documents via WhatsApp, Telegram, email or any unsecured channel.
5.5 Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal access or temporary account restriction until verification is completed to et888's satisfaction.
6.1 et888 accepts deposits via payment methods listed in the Platform's Cashier section from time to time. Available methods may include, without limitation, bank transfers and other electronic payment instruments. Familiar payment method names referenced on this site — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as contextual references only. et888 does not warrant that any specific payment method is available, nor does it claim endorsement or affiliation with any of those providers.
6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within the Cashier. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
6.3 You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. et888 reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party payment is detected.
6.4 et888 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made via money-transmission services that cannot be traced to an individual account holder.
6.5 Currency display on the Platform is provided in PKR or other supported currencies for reference purposes. Actual processing currency depends on the payment method and operator configuration; exchange rate differences may apply.
7.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion, identity matching between the account and payout method, fulfilment of any active wagering requirements, minimum withdrawal thresholds and the absence of any account restrictions or fraud flags.
7.2 et888 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing windows vary by payment method, operator workload and third-party provider timelines. No claim for compensation will be entertained solely on the basis of processing time within reasonable limits.
7.3 Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit. Alternative payout methods may be offered at et888's discretion and subject to additional verification.
7.4 et888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount exceeds standard thresholds or where account behaviour has triggered an AML review.
7.5 Where withdrawals are made without fulfilling wagering requirements applicable to active bonuses, those bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
8.1 et888 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, tournament prizes and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the point of offer.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) as specified per promotion. Until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, bonus-derived funds are not eligible for withdrawal.
8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While a bonus is active, a maximum single-stake limit applies as defined in the individual promotion's terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
8.4 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are specified within individual promotion terms. Where no contribution rate is specified for a game, zero contribution applies.
8.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified per promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited without notice.
8.6 Withdrawal Cap. Bonuses may carry a maximum withdrawal amount applicable to winnings generated from bonus funds. This cap is specified per promotion. Winnings in excess of the cap will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal.
8.7 et888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time and to void bonus-derived winnings where abuse, manipulation or violation of these Terms is detected.
9.1 All bets placed via the Platform are binding once confirmed. Players accept full responsibility for the accuracy of bet selections before confirmation.
9.2 et888 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical error, data feed failure or any other operational issue. Where voided, the original stake is returned to the Player's balance.
9.3 Sports betting markets are governed by applicable sportsbook rules communicated within the Platform. Match result bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — including the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC, FIFA, UFC or equivalent authority.
9.4 Live betting markets may be suspended or settled without prior notice due to event developments, technical issues or rule interpretations applicable to the sporting event.
9.5 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures. RTP figures presented on the Platform are illustrative estimates based on theoretical calculations. Actual player return may vary and past outcomes do not influence future results.
Violation of any of the following prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

11.2 et888 provides Player-activated responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within your Account settings at any time.
11.3 Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts, as this constitutes a violation of these Terms.

11.5 Access to the Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Being 18 or above does not, in and of itself, render online gambling lawful under Pakistani law.
12.1 All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game assets, promotional material and data compilations — is the intellectual property of et888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. No broader licence is granted or implied.
12.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from et888.
13.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. et888 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, et888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or gambling losses incurred through the Platform.
13.3 et888 shall not be liable for losses arising from interruption of service due to maintenance, technical failure, internet infrastructure issues, force majeure events or actions of third-party payment providers.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits et888's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14.1 et888 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this Agreement.
14.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance and where applicable, marketing communications.
14.3 Your rights in respect of your personal data — including rights of access, correction and deletion — are set out in the Privacy Policy. To exercise these rights, contact us as described in Section 18.
15.1 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting et888 support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to any outstanding verification, withdrawal or active bonus obligations.
15.2 By et888. et888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the Account poses legal or regulatory risk.
15.3 Upon account closure for breach of Terms, et888 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including Real Money and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15.4 Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding breach, et888 will process withdrawal of any verified Real Money balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
16.1 et888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent review is noted at the top of this document.
16.2 Players will be notified of material changes via on-Platform notification, email or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.3 If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 15.1.
17.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation from time to time.
17.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
17.3 For the avoidance of doubt: et888 is not licensed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial or federal authority. Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply to individual users depending on their circumstances.
